How to Calculate Family Net Income

    Start with your family net income:

    Line 23600 of your tax return plus Line 23600 of your spouse’s or common-law partner’s tax return.

  2. 2

    Subtract any:

    - Universal Child Care Benefit (UCCB) income (Line 11700)

    - Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP) income (Line 12500)

  3. 3

    Add any:

    - UCCB amounts repaid (Line 21300)

    - RDSP amounts repaid (Line 23200)
